"Our collective strength is rooted in the unique expertise of each individual. Our company was founded by three lifelong friends who sought to bring together top talent from diverse fields such as architecture, interior design, and engineering services. We started our partnership in 1998, but later decided to explore our individual aspirations. However, we have now reunited, each equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained during our time apart. With this new and enhanced foundation, we are ready to tackle the challenges of the construction industry as a unified team, while drawing on our honed individual skills to ensure success."

OUR BASIC APPROACH TO THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROCESS

4. Design Development

The fourth stage involves refining the preliminary design concept into a more detailed and complete design. This includes developing detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with consultants such as engineers and contractors.

5. Construction Documents

The fifth stage involves preparing the final construction documents, which include detailed drawings and specifications that guide the construction process.

The final stage involves overseeing the construction process to ensure that the design is executed as intended. This may include site visits, review of shop drawings and submittals, and coordination with contractors and other stakeholders.
